SNOWBASIN JOINS VAIL’S EPIC PASS

By News

VAIL PARTNERS WITH SNOWBASIN SKI RESORT

The Huntsville Valley, home to Sanctuary Utah’s private community, has seen a number of changes over the past few years, but Snowbasin joining Vail’s Epic pass could be the biggest change of them all.  Now Epic pass holders can ski both Snowbasin and Sun Valley with the same pass. Sanctuary Utah is conveniently located 12 minutes away from Snowbasin. not to mention Park City (Vail’s biggest resort) is an hour away.

Sanctuary’s Founder, Tim Charlwood, said “This is amazing news. Clearly Vail sees potential in both Snowbasin and the Huntsville Valley, something I’ve believed in for a long time hence my vision to create a community of like-minded people like Sanctuary Utah.” Many people consider Snowbasin a getaway from the crowded lines of Park City and resorts in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon.

Although Epic pass holders will only receive 7 days to Snowbasin, it’s a sign that Vail is interested in what Northern Utah has to offer and will likely invest more in the future, making Huntsville one of the best unknown mountain town hot spots to consider.
