WHAT IS FULL OWNERSHIP/FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP?

Owner choice full deeded ownership or fractional monthly ownership that enables release of equity and shared costs. Note- Vachery is fractional only with bundle package. Ask. 

WHAT ARE THE INSPIRATO FAMILY MEMBER BENEFITS?

Sanctuary is featured by Inspirato Real Estate. Owner Memberships include new Family Membership with upgrades to Executive Membership for existing Inspirato Members.

WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PROCESS?

10% Deposit secures your homesite – Build time 13-15 months

CAN I RENT MY PROPERTY?

Current zoning prohibits nightly rental but monthly rental is allowed

IF I BUY CAMBRIAN RIDGE WILL I HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE BARN?

Barn will be used as a year round common amenity. Private use may be arranged with management.

IF I BUY CURTAIN BLUFF WILL I HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE DOME?

Dome will be used as a year round common amenity. Private use may be arranged with management.

CAN I CHANGE THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN?

Yes, although five years has been spent creating the best location and orientation to capture the environment; to bring the outside inside and to withstand the test of time.  However, we are happy to discuss changes with each client.  James Carroll award winning architect.

CAN I CHANGE THE INTERIOR DESIGN AND FURNISHINGS?

Michaelle Peters has been incredibly recognized for designing the best of the best design and interiors. She will be excited to work with each future home owner in creating a home of their dreams.

WHAT DOES THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DO?

House management, concierge as well as manages common amenities.

FULL OWNERSHIP HOA FEES EXPLAINED

For Full Ownership of home and 40 acre lot HOA community charges are $10,912 annually.

FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP HOA FEES EXPLAINED

For Fractional Ownership HOA costs include all community charges, taxes and costs associated with home are $8,049 annually.

WHAT ARE THE RENTAL RATES ASSOCIATED WITH HIGH ALTITUDE RECREATION?

Recreation Equipment can be rented with preferred rates exclusive to home owners.

HOW WILL I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR RECREATION EQUIPMENT?

Management will assist owners with their recreation equipment reservations and activities.

HOW IS WATER SUPPLIED?

Each home has its own well, drilled and approved with sophisticated in-home filtration system.

WHERE ARE THE CLOSEST AIRPORTS TO THE SANCTUARY?

Salt Lake City International Airport – 1 Hour  
Ogden and Mountain Green Airport- 25 Min

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS?

Airport Pick Up, ski mountain service and visiting Park City arranged by concierge.

WHAT TYPE OF SECURITY DO YOU PROVIDE?

Each home has exterior security cameras. There is also a property manager on call 24 hours a day.

CAN I USE MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON THE TRAILS?

Yes, restrictions may apply.

IS THERE HUNTING ALLOWED WITHIN THE SANCTUARY?

No hunting allowed within Sanctuary. However, the Sanctuary is surrounded by 12,000 acres of BLM hunting terrain accessed from our Sanctuary trails.

CAN I RIDE HORSES ON THE TRAILS?

Yes, restrictions may apply. Subject to management approval.

WHERE CAN I PLAY GOLF?

Wolf Creek located in Eden – 10 minute drive.

IF I DECIDE TO BUY TOYS/CARS/OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS TO HAVE AT THE HOME, WHERE CAN I STORE THEM?

In the garage during the time of your ownership, and in a storage facility during non-ownership time that may be arranged by concierge services.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes, pets are allowed with certain restrictions.

HOW DO I RE-SALE AT THE SANCTUARY?

Sojourn may handle resale or owner may use their own agent.
