Sanctuary offers one home “Vachery” with Fractional Monthly ownership, each month is fully deeded and may be re sold on the MLS or through our in house brokerage Sojourn Realty. Owners of one month in any home pay a fraction of the community charge and 1/12 of the HOA costs for the Home. New homes are offered with Full Ownership as a single entity or may opt to retain the property with 12/12 ownership which allows owners to sell any Month with deeded interest releasing equity and reduce HOA costs. If an owner chooses to hold the full ownership as a single entity they may do so at any time.
