SANCTUARY WELCOMES MOUNTAIN LUXURY REAL ESTATE TEAM

Sanctuary Welcomes Mountain Luxury Real Estate Team

Utah’s Mountain Luxury Real Estate Team, lead by Brandy Hammon and Jennifer Stickler, visited Sanctuary Utah to see what all the hype was about. After touring our 527 acres of wildlife habitat, geodesic dome, and luxury showcase home “Vachery,” the response was overwhelmingly positive.

For some Utah real estate agents, the concept of sharing is hard to grasp, however the Mountain Luxury team, which focuses on Eden, Huntsville, and Ogden Utah real estate, immediately responded to Sanctuary’s monthly shared ownership concept and described it as “exciting.”

“Sanctuary is about sharing,” says founder Tim Charlwood. “Sharing with friends, family members, business relationships, and even non-profit organizations. Our goal is to build a community of like-minded people who want to get away from resort crowds and have the outdoors at their fingertips from their custom luxury home, one month at a time.”

Beyond the concept of monthly ownership, Mountain Luxury Real Estate loved our custom luxury home architected by James Carroll with Interior Design done by Michaelle Peters. Each of the 6 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are entirely unique, with custom hand-crafted furniture from all over the world. The team was visibly excited and repeatedly gasped “wow.”

Utah’s Entreprenuers’ Organzation Annual Board Meeting at Sanctuary Utah

Sanctuary Utah hosted the annual Board Meeting for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), an exclusive group of Entrepreneurs. EO chose Sanctuary Utah’s geodesic dome as the perfect location to meet, and enjoy the 527 acres of wildlife habitat as well our showcase home “Vachery.” EO members spent their day enjoying 180 degree views of the Wasatch Mountains overlooking the Hunstville Valley and Snowbasin Ski Resort. Sanctuary’s founder, Tim Charlwood, was given the opportunity to share his entrepreneurial story, vision, and reality with members of the organization.

History of EO

It’s been more than 25 years since a group of forward-thinking entrepreneurs created a network of likeminded peers to help each other learn and grow. EO is the only global network exclusively for entrepreneurs. EO helps leading entrepreneurs learn and grow through peer-to-peer learning, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and connections to experts. As the world’s only peer-to-peer network exclusively for entrepreneurs, EO helps transform the lives of those who transform the world. Members are given the opportunity to connect, learn, and engage the world’s most influential community of entrepreneurs. Many of their core values mirror Sanctuary Utah’s values and both are equally entrepreneurial.
